Can anyone please advise on the shelf life of: CHEQUERS Scotch, Canadian Club, Old Taylor bourbon, Haagen-Dazs Cream Liqueur, Mateus Rose wine? These are at least 20 years old.

There should be no problem with the spirit-bottles, if they have been unopened. I don't know about the liqueur and the wine - they (probably) may have changed.
