I was wondering if anyone out there knows of how many American companies/corporations own whiskies produced in Scotland? And if so what are the whiskies. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Burn Stewart Distillers including Tobermory, Bunnahabhain, Deanston, Ledaig and Black Bottle (and a lot of other blends) is owned by C L Financial of Trinidad & Tobago. That is the closest I can get to a US company. Jim Beam used to own Ardbeg until it was sold off to Glenmorangie.

Dennis thank you for your help and assistance. I have found a bunch of American owned Scotches. If you personally are interested in this information let me know and I will get it to you.
