Don't forget that not all whiskies are brought down to 40% were they
are distilled and warehoused. The water added to your favourite dram
may be added in an industrial complex in the heart of a city using
HOPEFULLY not the tap water but a purified version of their tap water.
I usually just go for a Scottish springwater, usually Perthshire water
as i have family in Crieff near Glenturret, support the local economy!!
