I have been given a bottle of Bourbon that appears to be a collectible (though maybe not) it is a 50th Anniversary of the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control commemerative bottle of Bowman Straight Bourbon Whiskey dated 1934-1984 and has a limited edition number of 4618. Does anyone know if there is a value to this or where I might look to determine one? Is there a guide to collectibles available? I've done several searches on the internet and have found nothing.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
