I am looking at doing a tour around the world and finding all the best special offer tastings of auction bought Whiskies. So rare ones. (A retirement present to myself).

I am going to start at the Nant Distillery as I see Keith batt has purchased a Rare Ardbeg - 1965 whisky and is offering it in his bar for everyone to taste. (That is what gave me the idea).   

So now I am on a mission to find others.

I would appreciate any others that you may be aware of.

	Plan your trip to include one of the StraightBourbon.com members' gatherings in Bardstown, KY either during the Kentucky Bourbon Festival in September or its associated Sampler the last Saturday of April annually. You'll find routinely poured by the members themselves at informal social gatherings historic and limited bourbons and American whiskeys otherwise generally unavailable publicly. The cost is usually a bottle of something you'd like the share on the table.
